Hello Everyone,

I apologize for not being able to get back with you from my ACLU email, it is down at this time. It should be back up this afternoon. I recently spoke with one of the Senators and was told that a confirmation of the meeting time for today's conference had not been made yet. The conference committee meeting time for Senate Bill 2922 will be announced during the session today between 10am and the time the Senate adjourns and or takes recess. I expect to recieve a phone call as soon as the information is made known and I will send it out as soon as possible. We still need people to be on standby ready to testify at any point today and tomorrow. The deadline for this bill is not until Monday. Continue to call these six legislators and discuss the total disregard for federal law in this bill. The law is clear in both Roe and Casey: banning abortion is unconstitutional!
