As of 12:45 p.m., both legislative houses are still in session. I spoke to Kendra (works with the Health & Human Services committee) who said that the House conferees presented the Senate conferees with their signed conference report, and the Senators refused to sign it. The Senate has since tried to present the House with their own conference report, and the House refused to meet with them to discuss it.
